We offer free returns for full priced orders. All Sale items are final. We accept returns for refund or exchange, for items damaged in transit. In order to receive a refund, the merchandise must be returned within 7 days of delivery, all tags attached in the exact condition in which it was shipped.
The item(s) should be returned unused, in the exact condition with all tags still attached. Any additions, including charms and dustbags, should be included in your return. All returns should be sent back to us in their orginal packaging. Please ensure when returning the parcel that KACYYOM gift box is properly protected with the package box provided. Returns that are damaged may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
STEP 1: Email email@example.com to request a return. We will respond within 2 business days. Please include your order number and reason for return to help us process your request quickly.
STEP 2: You will receive an email with a pre-paid UPS POSTAL return label and a return auth form. Attach the UPS POSTAL label to the outside of the return package and enclose the return auth form inside the package.
STEP 3: Drop off your package at any UPS location that's convenient for you. Search for UPS locations near you by going to UPS.com
STEP 4: Once your order is processed, you will receive an email from KACYYOM customer representative confirming that your return is received. Please allow 3-5 business days from the time we receive your return for the refund to be processed.
